In addition, there was a pan of raw steaks stored over cooked shrimp and pasta in the small reach-in. Both raw meat items were relocated to a bottom shelf at the time of the inspection. Please ensure all foods are stored according to final cook temperature as indicated on educational sticker.

Please sand and re-paint or replace. 4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment-Equipment - C Please replace split gaskets on cold hold drawer unit, small reach-in cooler, pastry standing cooler, and walk-in freezer. Small reach-in handle is broken and should be repaired. Caulking needs to be replaced behind 3 compartment sink. Copper pipes need to be wrapped in the walk-in cooler to prevent leachate from dripping into foods. Self-closer on walk-in coor is broken and should be replaced to keep door closed and temperature down in this unit as much as possible. Handsink by ice machine is leaking and needs to be repaired. Two door handles have been repaired and a few gaskets replaced.
