6-501.111 Controlling Pests - PF Fly fan is rickety and loud when turned on so it is left off. In addition, there was a spring rodent trap on the floor and Ortho Home defense spray in the kitchen. Please work with a certified pest control operator to control pests. It is not good practice to spray in house as this could contaminate food contact surfaces.

Cracked floor tiles behind bar need to be sealed or replaced to keep floor smooth and easily cleansable. 6-501.16 Drying Mops - C Mops need a place to hang to drip dry. Currently all stored on the floor around or in the can-wash where they are subject to dirty mop water splash and contamination.

Foods on top of unit are fine, but foods inside are in the 50's. Please leave closed as much as possible. A verification visit will be made to check on this unit within 10 days.
