3-305.12 Food Storage, Prohibited Areas - C Food is being stored in areas downstairs that were not approved for food storage during plan review process. A drop ceiling was to be installed downstairs and has not been. Food is being stored in a room with exposed insulation, and a non-smooth and easily cleanable wall with peeling ceiling paint. In addition, Food is stored under pipes of unknown use. All items must be stored at least six inches off the floor. Upon arrival a rusty mixer was being used beneath hanging clothes, next to an umbrella and deodorant-not approved prep area.

In addition, the upstairs handsink near the 3 compartment sink was not equipped with paper towels nearby. Also, the bar handsink was not distinguishable from a dump sink and did not have towels. 6-301.11 Handwashing Cleanser, Availability - PF Downstairs handsink had no soap, bar handsink upstairs had no towels. Please keep all handsinks stocked with soap and towels at all times to allow for proper handwashing.

It contains a reminder statement which is great. However, there is no disclosure of which foods are actually offered raw or undercooked for which the reminder statement applies. Please revise. A consumer advisory guidance document was left with the manager at the time of the inspection. Menu advisory is complete, but need to add a consumer advisory to the drink menu as using raw egg whites in the Ramos Gin Fizz.
